Speaker Bio: Nicole Zwieg Daly, J.D., Ed.D. is currently the executive director of the Melrose & The Toro Company Center for Principled Leadership as well as an adjunct professor of ethics & business law at the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas. Zwieg Daly is fervent about education to develop holistic, principled leaders of all ages. A proud University of St. Thomas “lifer,” Zwieg Daly earned her B.A. from St. Thomas with a double-major in Business Management and Journalism-Public Relations. In 2004, she was among the first class to graduate from the St. Thomas School of Law and, in May 2018 she completed her second doctorate, a UST Doctorate in Organization Development & Change program. She has nearly 20 years of business leadership, relationship management, and organization development experience. She has held a variety of executive and management roles including being the start-up CEO and sole proprietor of a management consulting firm where she worked with international manufacturers and retailers of all sizes, small firms and Fortune 500 companies alike. Before starting her own company, Zwieg Daly worked as Director of Operations for an international manufacturing company in Minnesota where she was responsible for the operations, financial management, and human resources departments of both domestic and international branches. Beyond her professional responsibilities, she is passionate about community service work volunteering for the American Red Cross, her local school district, her faith community, and serving as a previous board member for Ridgedale YMCA.
